Halo pepakura helmet question

Hey guys I'm new to pepakura and I'm planning to make the halo 4 hazop helmet, I was curious to whether or not removing the visor while peping is best or is it better to keep the visor on and then remove it after the resin has hardened the helmet. Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated

just let the visor inside until the helmet is hard enough. then you can dremel the visor out and have 2 options. replace the old visor with a see throug motorcycle helmet visor or vac forming the visior with the old piece.
the first method is the best for you at the startup.

if you cut the visor out befor you apply the resin and the fiberglas its possible that your helmet warps. many helmets do not have a visor but. in this situations dont care about the missing visor.
