Halo: Reach Emile helmet!!

Hey guys!
I just started working on my Emile helmet from Halo: Reach. It's coming along okay, though I do hate cutting these pieces
Anyway, that's not my question. My question is this... What should I do for the visor when it's complete? I want to be able to use it in airsoft, but the visor is something I've been really dwelling on lately.
