Honestly I'd love to go. I'll try to see and convince my parents to go since its my senior year of high school and this wont be a thing next year. If I go I'm planning to bring a new suit with me as well as several props and some camera equipment. I'll really try to see if its possible to attend! so I'm tentative for now.

Okay I've filled out the form! I'm more sure that I'll be able to attend! its just figuring out the details now! I also plan to participate in the cosplay contest and maker contest! The more I think about this event the more and more excited I'm getting to go out and meet everyone! now its time to get working on the new suit and props I'll be bringing along with me!

Where are people staying?
Are we getting a 405th AirBnB or.... is there anyone who wants to split a hotel?

What day (or days) will the museum/studio be open for tours/visits?
Can we donate/gift props? Is there a procedure for this?

Will deployed members that are confirmed be receiving a badge for the event?

Is there anyone in the area I can mail my suit to? I'm planning on flying and I feel like mailing my gear will be cheaper and less stressful than dealing with it at the airport.

What are other people doing to get their armor to Seattle?

I want to go, but I don't want to be dumb about it or attempt to do any of this last minute, so any help/info any of you could provide would be appreciated.

Will be there in full ODST goodness; got everything booked; will they allow us to bring our totes to change into our gear? im literally walking distance from the hotel

We do not have a lot of info yet so this not only goes for you, but for everyone - We will try to answer anything that we can as info is given to us. I am in direct contact with Halo Studios and actively working to get info.

This year as I am aware of they will NOT be accepting donations as they are running out of space and its part of winning the prop contest this time around. The Tour day will most likely be the 23rd and will coincide with media day.

Badges will be for anyone who enters either contest, as well as some qualifying activities like helping with a booth or at the event. HS handles this primarily.

If you want to mail your suit you can mail it for pick up at the local UPS near the convention center. I did this previously and picked it up and that worked well. Most people otherwise are traveling with their armor in a single crate with helmet as carry on.

TBD, space may be reduced compared to last year. Normally we have three changes spaces and a graveyard space for crates. Unsure if this will be the same.

how would i put my wife on the attendance sheet as a handler? shes coming to experience what we nerds do. lol
