hey im currently having the same issue. The guy in the youtube video uses a heat gun to bend the visor to his liking but im not sure this is the best way but still worth a shot. My issue is how does one go about attaching the visor to the helmet? I tried using a glue gun but it wasnt strong enough and the visor just fell out. Suggestions? plz?!?!

You can use a heat gun to bend the visor but take heed: if this visor is tinted, or colored, you have a serious risk of melting, or cracking the colored film on the visor. Once this cracks or melts, it is never perfect again. It will affect your vision though the visor too, if done wrong. You can get a *slight* curve in it, but nothing sharp like ODST for example.

Check out this thread from BLACKULA727. This is a great method.

Avoid using a heat gun on a motorcycle helmet at all costs, ESPECIALLY if it is tinted. Blackula727's method is the best I have seen to date, and the one I use myself (the link to the thread is on the previous two posts, so I won't bother posting it). Heat guns on visors have a nack of bending the visor in strange ways or separating the tinting from the plastic material. Motorcycle helmet visors are pretty flexible on their own (they're designed that way so they deflect in the event of an impact rather than shatter), so they can easily fit most helmets. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Edit: Also, avoid using superglue on visors as well. The chemicals in superglue create a white fog on clear plastics, this fog will not go away either.
