Help W/ Ghost Of Onyx Helm

K so im almost done with my low def mc armor for this halloween. my next project tho i want to do the helm from ghosts of onyx. i dont want to scim on any detail with the new project which i want to start in the next 6 months. now any help would be greatfull... i have no idea how to do the face sheid tho please help and i plan on molding this and most if not all future parts so..... please help any ideas welcome.

If that gasmask method doesn't work for you, you could always try sculpting the visor, then vacuuforming it.
