Help with Decals/Stencils

Hello friends, I'm working on my ODST armor right now and I designed some details for the chest plate but I don't know the best method to apply them. I could cut them out with a knife and use them as stencils but that might be impossible with the level of detail of the UNSC logo for how small it is. Do you have a go to site for custom stencils or do you use a different method? (the photos are to show what I'm trying to do, I'm not asking for anyone to do it for me)

Some people use a cutter like a Cricut to do the dirtywork and cut vinyl stickers, but otherwise take a look at this method you can do with a printer!
