Help With Size

hello 405th i need help with my Mark Vl helmet i think is to big for my head can any help how to scale it to fit my head like in pepakura a way to make it smaller it way to big i have in the gallery helmet that fit perfect on other people head if anyone can help a 1000 thanks.
