Help witth scaling and new build

Heylo my people i am here because i recently pepped a noble six helmet and it is far to large for my head there will be some pictures of it soon but what i need is to know how to scale this helmet so it will fit better so if you guys could just explain to me how to properly scale a helmet that would be awesome-sauce!!!
