exactly. so far ive spent like $150 on it. including LED, wire, cardboard, Fiberglass, hardner, LOTS of tape, gloves, undersuit. and soon bondo, MORE hardner, visor, straps, velcro, foam padding.
 
When your going to make a mould, do you place the clay object into some sort of container (flat side down) and pour silicon on top of it and let it set?

Great tutorial Adam, I think this is the way im going to go (as soon as i get my friends involved so we can split the bill for the supplies) lol. I've spent hours on your site looking at tutorials and links to tutorials, this gives the basics and its a great start.
 
how do you sculpt the (for example) leg piece , then sculpt he opposite leg piece the exact same size but for the other leg? sorry if it sounds confusing :roll:
