I just joined this site today. I've been hard at work making some 3d models. Hopefully I can get them pep'ed one day. I know that I haven't been able to find any medieval pepakura designs so Im gonna try to make them. Here is a model Ive been working on in blender. I have a low res version for importing into pepakura designer unfortunately I only have the free version and Im still learning how to use it. (the head is only a basemesh that I found)

Nice model my friend. I've also been trying to learn how to model in blended, and it's not easy for me. We welcome you to the 405th. Also, I believe there are some members here willing to transfer your. obj to pepakura and unfold it.

ok cool, I'll upload my low res as soon as I find out how, Im searchin the forums for an answer. My model will be a gift to the forums and as soon as I finish the details in the high res I'll upload it just for people to mess around with.

A few more updates on my models. Ive added more detail to it like the rolled edges and rivets.

Ive also made some variations of the model.

They are all works in progress but I feel they are looking pretty good right now. After I get bored with making helmets I will probably start working on other armor parts. Im thinking chest plates next. I will also probably upload the low resolution models and the high resolution models for y'all to play around with.

I've done one of your two Barbute files and am currently working on the open faced one as I type but I'd be very greatful if you can let me have the other OBJ files so i can do them for myself, if your doing PEP friendly models then I suggest you strip out the rolled edges and rivets as those can be added easier to the filling and filing stage of the build than to actually make up the pep parts if you catch my drift :D
