Are you looking to just build a helmet or a whole suit? Sorry I don't know the metric system that good. If you are looking at just making a helmet at least 1 liter but plan on more of each. For a whole suit, I haven't a clue how much total is needed. Why don't you buy just enough to get you started with the helmet and when you need more get it?
