That's almost hilariously bad. Problem is, there's no real way to police the Internet for getting these files taken down, and even worse - it's generally only the original creator of those files that can issue a DMCA request against those files. I'm willing to bet that there are a lot of models from ex-405th members that have made their way onto sites of ill repute over the years.

i dont think we can. the bad part of this is(not just the fact that they are profiting from other peoples hard work, but) if microsoft or bungie or 343 catch wind of stuff like this, would they tighten down on every one else instead of allowing a gray area.
