IronMan M IV Fast build

So my goal here is to be done by Halloween. I started on this in Feb. built the helmet, then stopped until last month. SO here are some pics, If i cant finish by halloween i can always rock Master Chief again..

All that is left to pep is the Abs, Neck, and thighs.

Helmet (getting close to the end, Going to be servo motorized.)

thanks. Wish i would have went with the dungbeetle helm though. It would have been more accurate and less bondo. O well, maybe after haloween.

haha thx i wanted to wear it for hat day at my school but it wasnt finished but i made a duct tape hat instead

I thought I would revive this thread to say i actually finished.... the day before Halloween. I didn't get to put as much time into it as i wanted to, had to cut the servo lines because i couldnt find a space to mount the box holding them.

I ended up winning 3rd prize at Montbleu in lake tahoe, 350$ and 2400$ in prizes.

Man your quick glad to hear you got yours done before halloween. Me? hopefully next year >_<. Grats on 3rd place and good work ^_^ did you bondo the outside of your pieces or just resin?

Thanks. I only had time to do bondo work on the helmet and the chest. The back wouldn't need much, but the arms, legs, torso... well pretty much everything else sure does. I will redo the calves and the abs for next year along with some fine tuning/ bondo work.
