The writing isnt important it just said IGN.com cause thats the site that made the original picture, i just photoshopped it. If your wondering what I did to the picture to get it that way, i just went under Filter then to Stylize then you click on Glowing Edges, and the settings I used for it were...
Edge width:2
Edge brightness:6
Smoothness:5
