I'm wondering how are you going to fiberglass the kurki knife? You see, I'm building Emile's armor too, but Ibulted shoulders and kurki so far ( shoulders on fiberglassing stage) so i dont know how I suppose to fiberglass the kurki knife? Maybe you have any ideas?

I have also done the EVA/C and i found the best method is to cut the eye and nose holes, and the real visor will just be in those, while the rest outside the skull carving will be painted to match. I still need some niteshades, but i will make a tutorial soon.

that's basically what toa is talking about, with my helmet I did the mouth and eye holes, you can kinda see the cut out lenses in there, I just sprayed some of that night shades tint over them and glued them in.

I do think vac forming would be more ideal, because vision sucks in mine, but i haven't really seen any fully colored vac visors for the eva except for soul product's a while ago

yeah youll want to make a small vac table for yourself and get ahold of some design master 720 gold spray paint. works wonders

I was thinkin of vacuforming too. My extra budget is about $20, so if i manage to work a miracle and make a vac table, I will make a tutorial. Then the noobz shall worship me.
