Im not sure on a name, and it probably doesnt have one, but you can find the .wav file in the directory where L4D is installed. There are A LOT of files in there but it shouldnt be too hard to find. I dont have PC L4D1, so in L4D2 on Vista the files are in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\sound\music\safe

it should be in a similarly named folder in the l4d directory
