Not sure if this is the right section of forum for this request, but if not I'm hoping to be pointed in the right direction. I want to get a custom outfit made for a Build-a-Bear to give as a birthday present. The outfit I'm hoping to get made is Master Chief, specifically the Halo 3 version. I don't know much about cosplay, but I've seen a lot of impressive full-size outfits, so I trust someone out there knows how to do this. The birthday is July 18th and I'm in Missouri, USA.
