Looking to hire someone to make a Master Chief outfit for a Build-a-Bear

Not sure if this is the right section of forum for this request, but if not I'm hoping to be pointed in the right direction. I want to get a custom outfit made for a Build-a-Bear to give as a birthday present. The outfit I'm hoping to get made is Master Chief, specifically the Halo 3 version. I don't know much about cosplay, but I've seen a lot of impressive full-size outfits, so I trust someone out there knows how to do this. The birthday is July 18th and I'm in Missouri, USA. If you are willing to help me with this, please send me a message. I can provide any measurements or other details you need.

I have not gotten any responses yet, unfortunately. I'm still open to offers, even if this has to be reworked into a later date like a Christmas present or something.

The whole thing, preferably. But I've had one person say they could do the undersuit if I can find someone that can only do the armor.

Batophobia Probably safe to assume its not going to be 3d printed from wearable armor. Once you scale down files that small any parts 2-5mm thick are going to be impossibly thin.
So either... A really small/thin foam build... or... sew it from fabric. maybe a shiny green backback nylon?
