low poly full costume card advice

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I have been look in the forum at what card people use and I have just finished all the pep side ready for my first demo print.

I have found 200gsm card and 220gsm All-Media Cartridge Paper would I be best getting the paper as its £5 cheaper for 50 sheets and with it being so high in gsm would it not be just as strong as the card?

I prefer the higher gsm so it less likely to warp during construction stage.

Hey LDog,
in generall you should use the paper which u can handle the best way.
I'm working with 160 paper and it works well. So you shouldn't look for the charges and instead try out which paper is the best for you... and dont't worry u will get enough chances to test the paper because not every model will turn out good

thanks for the advice guys I think ill go with 220gsm paper instead of the 200gsm card then I only asked as the place im buying from only do in packs of 50 as im printing on A1 not A4

(edit --do you think 300gsm would be to high as i can get 300gsm card at a good price)
