I'm not sure where this thread belongs since it involves an armor construction method that isn't paper or cardboard, nor molded--I make my armor using craft foam of various thicknesses coated with thin styrene plastic.

I have done some exprimenting with Pepakura--I made a Master Chief paper helmet at one point and tried downloading GOW Pepakura files to make Marcus' armor, but I found it way too complicated. (I might scan and post files of all of the plates making up Marcus' armor if there's enough interest in my doing so...)
