Mcfarlane Action Figure Questions.

Hi Guys, I just went to my local EBgames and got me a Tan Combat Elite with a Carbine and a Grav Life, and a Red EOD Spartan with Dual SMGs and a Tripmine. Anyway's, My Elite is fine, In fact, I love it. Well when I opened my brand new Red EOD is right hand fell off.

I know theres been a topic on this before, but I can't seem to find it. Anyway, His hand fell off not the ball, I can see a little dab of some white stuff I think is glue. Is there anyway to fix it? Can I superglue it?

Postscript: Will McFarlane still be making more Halo 3 action figures after series 6, I just joined the collecting group and I want so much more.

I'm Still pissed.

All I know about thats coming besides series 4,5, and 6, there are some standalone vehicles and armor packs coming out. For the figure, you can boil the figure's arm to pop out the ball, and drill a small hole into his hand to put a round headed srew into it (try to find one with the same size as the ball joint), them simplly pop the screw into the arm socket. I have never tried this myself, mostly because I kepp my figs in thier packages, but I have seen figures repaired with this method sucessfully

Can't I superglue it if all I use it for is display?

I'm only 16 But yea, superglue will work fine, I just didn't know if you wanted it to be moveable or not

Thanks, And do you know where I can find an ODST thats not 35 dollars lol -.-

Still need other peoples opinions on what I should do.

Except for having it, I wouldn't get the ODST, because it's arms don't move that well, and it can only hold it's own battle rifle and the Ar.

That sucks man...my mcfarlanes break to. I got the chief with the spartan laser, and his arm broke at the elbow joint, so now he is my wounded spartan.

I have the ODST, but im quite disappointed. He can barely move much more than the joyride one. Although, he looks pretty good with a sniper. I cant wait for the marine and johnson.

Really? You sure his joints aren't stuck? Some of the only figs I took out of the package was a few S2 figures, and the S1 chief, and the ODST hold UNSC weapons fine (Ar, shotgun, splazer, br)

EDIT: Noobcrusha: The marine was acctually taken off the list for 2009, but was replaced by Johnson in series 5. Man I love these figs, I have bought all of them so far, minus a couple exclusives here and there (Uk exclusives, etc)

I hope they make more then 6 series. Anyway, Can someone find me an ODST thats not on Ebay or Amazon for about 20 dollars not including shipping. Other then that, don't lock this yet, I still have yet to try the superglue.

I'd try posting on the classified here, or are you a member of the spawn.com boards by any chance? We have a "Buy-sell-trade" section on the forum, and most of us just ask cost+shipping.

Um, the multiplayer Spartan's head, body and shoulder pieces are meant to come off easily. That way you can make the spartan you play as in Halo 3 multiplayer.

my girlfriend bought me the 12" Master Chief figure for Christmas and it was missing a finger...
They need to do a better job with some of those figures, especially the ones with an open box that you can actually touch the figure... I've seen a few figures with stolen grenades and stuff.
