I've finally finished 2 suitsout of EVA, but some of the pieces for my suit has some gaps and im not sure what's the best way to fill them. I have thought of bond-o or maybe more hot glue, just dont really know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

To fill in gaps for eva props try using a caulk that can be sanded and painted once it has dried and set. You don't want to fill gaps with a material that becomes rigid. With eva foam being flexible a rigid fill would end up cracking.

best trick i learned for filling gaps is baby powder mixed with super glue. Mix the two together to form a paste. Fill the gap. Then hit it with an accelerator. Once dry you can sand smooth. Works amazingly.
