use poster to make templates
use carboard or matboard to make base structure
use fiberglass & bondo to harden
Use motorcycle shield inside (cut to fit)
use dremel to cut motorcycle shield to fit and to help with detail work on helmet
use sand paper to smooth
use primer
use car grade spray paint to paint
use an acrylic overcoat for gloss
use us for help

nice get started and Ask us for more help once you have. Preferably with some in-process pics. That will give us a more acurate understanding of what you actually need help on and where. We will not judge it, so take heart in the advice offered here. Everyone will try and help the best they can, and most of they guys here know alot more than you think.

I started my helmet a couple of days ago and have the pieces cut out here is what it looks like inpieces and when put together. This may giv you an idea of the begining steps. Remember most of you detail will come after the harding steps, so try and get the base complete first.
