I haven't come across this yet, so I made a spreadsheet that automatically provides the dimensons for armour pieces based on your height:
There's some variation between different people's versions of certain files, so I've included a compilation of all the armour pieces I used for my spartan build.
The dimensions on the spreadsheet are left the same as those in the compiled armour list, so if you don't know whether a value refers to the height, width or length of a piece, you can check which axis has the same measurement in Pepakura viewer.

I'm afraid I don't know the creators of many of the armour pieces, as they were from another download compilation, but the torso was L3X BLU3R1V3R's, and some parts were Rundown and Forged Reclaimer.
You may need to adjust the size if your stature is greatly different from me (I'm 182cm tall, and of medium/slim build) but simply entering your height should automatically adjust the sizes for you.
