Yay, im workin on some of these too, im doin one for me and my lil bro. I ended up doing his first because i pepped one on normal scale, and it fit him, but i need a really big one if its going to fit me.

The Army of Two masks are so cool. My entire airsoft team plays with them on. Each of us has a custom paint job. Very intimidating to the other teams. I look forward to seeing the finished project here!

BTW where did you find that pep model, i have a different one, and its smoother and alot more complicated, but i want a nice simple rigid one.

Now ive got two different designs of mask, dryin in my yard, then im going to add two to three layers of fiberglass to each. The eye protection will be two layers of acetate with soda bottle plastic in the middle, because the acetate wont crack, so its in the front, but since the soda bottle stuff is really hard, it can crack, it has another layer of acetate between it and my eye.

Nice and clean...if you dont mind where did get the pep file, all the ones Ive seen were low detailed or awkward looking

Those helmets look sick, but do u know where to get the five buckle straps that evike.com has? Or do you have to make it?
