i am now working on the bicep

I will start tomorrow with fiberglass my helmet

just get the filler on the helmet



its stil wet on the photo's

Looks good. I see much sanding in your future. You may want to try and focus on small areas when using the filler. I work on a small section at a time and try to keep the filler smooth and the edges in tact. This allows for less sanding which you will discover can take some time. However, under all that filler is hiding a nice looking helmet.
