Hey all. After doing lots of reading and asking many questions, I think I am ready to make my first set of MJOLNIR. In this first post, I am just going to explain exactly how I'm gonna do it. So lets begin.
So first is the pepping. I plan on making a CQB helmet and a Recon helmet, MarkVI everything else. My friends and I all want armor, which totals up to six new SPARTANS.
Next I am using plaster bandages on the inside, not everywhere but just where it needs more strength. After that, resin on the outside and bondo for detailing. then if its still weak, I will use the hot glue method on the inside.
Now we plan on making an epic HUD system, someone else is doing this as well, but we are buying netbooks and linking them to MyVu Crystal headsets. We are also going to purchase voice recognition software so we don't need input. By the way I'm a 13 year old kid with an IQ of 134 so im pretty much a genius among the Arkansas rednecks I live near. My friends are uber smart too. We all just get together and devise ways to regulate heat systems in the armor, and HUD plans. Our visors are going to be plexiglas painted with metal lacquer and orange paint. The plexiglas will be double or if required triple layered because this armor is for some amazing airsoft wars and sweet videos. Under armor is planned to be long black tightish plants and a tight underarmor shirt with turtleneck. Our COM systems will be ran under wireless LAN and connected through voice commands such as "Blueteam speak." or "connect to Blueteam." We are getting E-Speaking, which is $14 to license. Anyone got suggestions before I get started?
