Hey there, I'm new to the whole armour/cosplay thing. I started an Ironman suit about two years ago but it was just way out of my skill range. Now, with a few props and armours under my belt, I am ready to tackle a full Halo suit.
I just finished getting everything together for my Pepakura/Foam Mjolnir Powered Assault Mark 6 Armour. I am planning on doing sort of a deep/light blue paint job. I won't be adding any battle damage. I mostly want a pristine look for showing off at events and hospitals for kids. I plan to keep a log of everything I do in this thread. With pictures of course. I also posted a few tutorial videos, for working with foam, on YouTube. I will probably add some of the build process on my channel as well. I'm looking forward to finishing this project with a bunch of cool people here at the 405th.
I still haven't decided on a weapon yet. Ideas/suggestions? Thanks!
