Howdy! Alright, I am aware that there have been forum topics made for people wanting to create a Samus Aran suit, however all of these topics are somewhat dated. So I've created this new thread in hopes that one of you guys can help me out? It would be extremely helpful to me if someone has some decent quality pepakura files or possibly have the means to get some? I do have pepakura veiwer I just dont have the full fledged program. Tips and suggestions are love :p.

I've been trying to do the same thing, and I found someone who is currently working on the files. You could send him an email. He is a very understanding and nice guy. I have sent him multiple emails and he said he is slowly working on the Chozo Suit. He sells his stuff for $8 which is really nice and does commissions for $40. Not too bad if I say so myself.

There's already a few files on the net for Samus Aran. Just do a Google search and you might find it. If not, someone else might have them.

I can definitely vouch for Skip. He's an upstanding guy and his work is top-notch!

You will want to get the trial of Pep though, the viewer is lacking IMHO, and such a curvey bit of armor your going to need control

If it's your first time peppin, I suggest Low or "normal" Def files, NOT High Def, high def will make it look smoother and all, more curvey, but the cuts will be insane, and you probably won't want to finish it.

If you use low/normal def and scale properly to your size - you can make it slightly bigger for Fiberglass room and padding, then you can use bondo and other ways to make it more smooth and curvey.

Skip has been working on a set of her armor, but, unfortunately, he isn't finished yet.

There's a lower-def file floating around, but I can't seem to find the original link, so here:

That's got the full suit, along with a couple of refs. All credz to the original creator/uploader. The big downside is that it's a pretty blocky model; so keep the file open and only fold the lines that need to be hard edges. Otherwise, you'll end up like I did, using half a can of Bondo on just the helmet.

Looking forward to see your progress; Samus is my favorite VG character of all time (although I can't wear the suit), and there simply aren't enough costumes of her around.
