I had a sort of Idea on how to tackle the complex curve on the ODST visor.
You will need.
-Cutting knife.
-Glue gun.
-Glue sticks.
-Tape.
-Pepakura Visor template.
-Tinitng roll. (can be bough off eBay.)
Firsly sellotape the pepakura over the tinting roll. Then cut them out. Score, using the Kinfe by gently running it across the top and then "snapping" tinting roll (doesent actualy break just kind of snaps in to place.)
When you have cutted and scored the tinitng roll glue them together.
Then all you have to do is cut out the previous Visor and replace it.
When your not wearing the helm its quite easy to see through the visor. But when it's on your noggin, the wont be able to see your face. But you can see out perfectly.
Here's some pic's.
Cheap and Easy. Look's good, no? Now I just have to be carefull Fiberglassing it.
