Here's a booth build expense sheet made for us by Fallen. It will be very handy for keeping track of who did what and owes whom.

UPDATE #1 2025/06/07 (added to the main post as well)
After the first meeting, Negativecacti Wayward Flood FuriousFido LadyRedCos and I have agreed to July 6th as our first group build day. I would prefer not to have the address on a forum, so PM me for the address! Any 405th member is allowed, come on out and support the build if you can. I would prefer we keep things booth build only, some other time in the future we can host craft days.

It's important to focus on having the walls / main structure of the booth made BY September before we worry about building a room addition, misc booth props, or booth structures.

We will plan to go with the Weapon Drills portion of Halo Infinite.

Negativecacti is going to work on a M247 turret for our booth
Wayward Flood is going to work on the wall stands
I can work on gathering the 2'x8' wall plywood and 2"x4"s to work on having some walls together by then.

Wayward Flood has the cut out weapon racks that he can provide for CGC as well.

I'll upload here when I have a link for the video recording of the meeting.

thanks for putting the video up so i could see. i had to stay in the hospital for a few days, im all good now. i will help you guys with any thing you need help with i have a small laser i did the targets for the booth at C2, i can make sign or cut small give aways. i also can make other stuff. i can for sure make the sign from the live fire and the small one below it. please let me know what you need.

We're about 11 days away from the July 6th build date. Once again, if you need the address, reach out to me please.

FuriousFido and I went to Home Depot to gather up (25) 2x4's and (7) 4x8 Plywood sheets for the wall structures of our layout. I may need 1-2 more 2x4's, have to double check that math (again). Image attached, materials currently stored in garage #3.

I'm going to edit in the expense sheet to the main post. The sheet has been updated with the purchase from today.

Last thing, during some down time, I've played around in Sketchup to make a rough layout with space available in a 40'x20' area. Attached is an image showing what I had layed out however, only the 7 blue highlighted panels are planned to be built. The rest was me trying to see what it would take to make the actual rough weapons drill setup for fun.

If you would like to tackle the signage, I'm all for it! Since you have experience with the targets, I'd appreciate if you did those as well. Otherwise, I could also laser them out at work if need be. Thank you for asking and I'm glad you're good now.

this is the same one i have i just sprayed it black to simulate a under suit. i got it on amazon on a big sale . here is the amazon pic and a pic from my shop cam the dummy has a kai 125 helmet on it right now so i dont break it. if we need more i will buy them and donate it also.
i will get to work on the laser targets and the signage so that no one ends up working on them.
