Side Note:
Resining in section was a blessing (Thanks for the tips)...little to no warpage!
Everything is plenty strong to hold the smooth cast
(might have to tape some holes on the inside to keep it from leaking!)
Smooth cast = very stong
(thru a test piece was like throwin a plastic toy)
Hopefully I can smooth cast everything on sunday tomorrow is FOOTBALL

I think he smoothcasted the inside. But you could always use rondo instead.

Smoothcast is basicly a liquid plastic that is very strong! Downside is $$$.

Looking good there Oklahoma, I am not worried about the bondo to much myself, I like the angles on the armor, but thats just me...good to see your Gal helping you along, Are you going to make her armor aswell? I like the attention to detail you are making, That will be a fine set of armor for sure

UPDATE:
Everything has bondo....
Everything except the thighs and forearms have been sanded with 120 grit....
220 grit is next, then prime and paint!!!!

Its just a small 12V fan but it keeps the air moving

I like the gloss black accents, have you figured out how you are going to set up the strapping yet? That is one of my next challenges. I have been buying up buckles at hobby lobby but I should have gotten the bulk sets they have on amazon, they have some pretty good deals on there...

October 30 is OSU vs KSU...looks like we may also crack the top 25 by then so it should be a pretty good game...Don't forget, we throttled UCLA who just beat #7 Texas at home, Make sure you leave a spot for that WILDCAT

STRAPPING!

Plus a lil tunes to jam out to........

They will be installed on top of the shoulders facing forward behind the vents.
