Ok, well I bought a dremel today and started working on the helmet.

I just removed the visor and trim around it.

It still needs some trimming

The helmet looks like its rough but after a sanding with 60grit sandpaper, now its smooth as a baby's bottom

Trimmed the visor part again

And trimmed the edges
