When and how do I fiberglass/resin/Bondo my armour?
7. Apply Bondo after the resin and fiberglass have completely dried.
8. After the Bondo has completely dried, sand it with 100 grit sandpaper.
9. Paint it.
What do you mean by bondo? Body filler? Resin? Fiberglass? And another thing, what kinds of paints do i use for my cardboard armor? Will any type of spray paint do? Must it be water resistant?

I'm talking about Bondo body filler, you can also use glaze (see Spase's pep helmet for reference). For paints, just make sure you don't use water soluble paints (i.e. watercolours, etc.). First, add a layer of primer to prepare the surface for painting. Afterwards for added protection you can apply some sort of overcoat, I don't know what the stuff is called exactly but ask one of the employees at your local Canadian Tire, Rona, or Home Depot. They'll know what you're talking about ^^.
