Problem with 4shared please help

I am not exactly new but i havent really had this problem before so i am asking now. i am trying to download the scout helmet file for my fiance and every time i get on 4shared it tells me that i need permission to view the files. i realize that this might be the wrong place to get this information but i figured i would try. also if anyone has the file or knows the link i would greatly appreciate it. it is the halo 3 scout helmet. than you for your time and any help is appreciated.

So I went through the archive and it just downloaded a html file of the site
