Way to step it up here! I bet this will spark a few more Promethean armor builds soon. As awesome as I'm sure this will look when you are done, it really would look absolutely amazing with orange LEDs in it. Actually, you dont have a choice, you need to put orange LEDs in it for the sake of us all!

This is cool, I agree with the people that say you should replace the skull with a clear one and use orange lights on it. That would be awesome.

Seriously subbing, and watching man!
The skull is actually INSIDE the faceplate, theyre two separate things. Go watch a video of the faceplate opening in slow motion and you'll see.
And it would be prohibitively difficult to make a reliable opening mechanism to open the faceplate, the mechanism would be too bulky to hide effectively.
Just my 0.02c, but i dont think a mechanically opening/closing glowing skull promethean knight helmet is possible if it isn't WAYYYYY too big for the head.
+1 to OP, interested to see the rest of the build. Helmet looks good, can't wait to see if the rest of the armor works out. Scaling on this suit is a bitch.

Okay thank you for all the comments and okay okay haha I will put LEDs in the eyes I will need help though and the orangey paint is a mix of white red orange and yellow yes the suit is going to be a mother potato but I will nail it I am just waiting for money job sucks so yeah and pics soon I started the sword it looks super legit and you guys really keep me on this thanks for the uplifting comments and if anyone can I would love some good ref pics okay pics will be up by the end of tomorrow so stay tuned.
