I went over the helmet with black spray paint and then a clear coat. I have purposely left it a bit rough here and there to make it look really beat up, I feel like that matches the Punisher look.

Meanwhile I came up with a new method that simplifies my process of going from pepakura file to foam. (It only saves an hour or two)

As you can see from the picture, the next piece I’ve been starting is the base torso armor.

I will have to halt production next week since I’ll be on vacation. But first week of February, I’ll crank out some more!

I'm excited to see how you weather everything, it really adds a lot of personality to the armor. Just remember when you do end up getting to that step that you can always put more on, but you can't take more off (something I learned the hard way).
 
So after my vacation, I’ve got back to printing. I’ve almost printed the entirety of the BR55. I should be able to finish printing it either today or tomorrow.

I cut out all the paper templates and figured out where each piece goes. I’m currently in the process of tracing them all out onto foam.
