about 2 years ago i made main frame fom cardboard for my pyramid head healmet
and this summer i decided to finish it
this is what i made, ofcourse it needs muscle suit (because i dont have so much muscle mass), his big knife/sword, skirt and paint job on helmet and neck piece

i wont harden it, because its already quite heavy and is made out of high desity foam (outer white and yealow parts)

When you're painting it, splatter some latex on it. It gives all sorts of amazing nastiness.
My friend cosplayed a Nurse and got an award for it, so that's why i suggest it. ^^ Looks great so far!

By high density foam do you mean foamcore?

if foam core is foam beatween cardboard then no
i use 3 cm thic foam used for outside house foundation heat insulation, it so stiff that i can brake it eaysily if not sliced by knife (yealow parts), and i'm using 5mm thick depron for thin parts (white parts)

This is an awesome build!

You don't really have to have a muscle suit, there is a pyramid head, I believe Silent Hill 2, that essentially wears a butcher's apron and shirt that is all splattered with blood and whatnot

The muscles didn't really look good for me.

As you can see, I"m there in my skinny glory, and it still looks good. The muscles make it seem more American, if that makes sense.
Besides, Silent Hill 2 had a skinny Pyramid head, and it looked a lot scarier.

finished painting helmmet and shoulder/nech piece, also 90% at finishing my splicer costume, also i broke off one of valves on side so it need to be regued

Have you come up with an idea to hide your face a little bit more or make the skirt look more messy?

i will ad some black fabrick inside helmet and will paint skirt and sword with brown shades and fake bloode. skirt need to be shortened about 5cm and added seams, few belts on top of it to hold it in righr position
