Almost ready to plasti dip and paint! Almost everything foam except 3D printed knife, sintra pvc board for hand plates, buckles, machete (which will go on back, not chest attachment)

Dude this is AMAZING! How long have you been working on it?? You did an especially good job on the foam helmet (they can be really tricky!) and that sangheili skull is fabulous. Can't wait to see it when it's done!

For the skull I used the ce trophy templates then coated with foam clay, rest of the shoulder is free handed
