Hey Chiefs,

Since everyone here likes FPHs....I think you'll appreciate this...a Real Steel Shoot.

In celebration of my younger sister's birthday on the 30th of Oct, that's right, just before Halloween [she's 34, I'm 36 ;)]. :) I made her wish to do everything extreme come true...sorta...The Pistol and Bolt Action Shoot. :) That's right sports fans, we were goin for a real steel shoot. :D

I know for most of you, this isn't a big deal, but living in a country that disallows the ownership of firearms at home [unless it's kept in the club], airsoft, and to a lesser extent, replica firearms, this was a birthday to remember!

Here's what we opted for:

From the top to the bottom:-
1. Beretta 92F
2. H&K USP Expert
3. Glock 17
4. Sig Sauer 226
5. Browning Hi-Power

Ammo used was 200 rounds of 9mm +P manstoppers:

My sis fell in love with the 92F, whereas I was hooked on both the Glock 17 and the USP Expert. ;)

Safety briefing by our host Marcus, former Spec Ops Army operator and Police teamer:

Marcus was great, very helpful, patient and informative...helped out my sister alot with her queries and all. Marcus, if you read this, gracias bro!

And a 15 second video of the shoot...This was taken at the very first firing of the day, 10rds per mag familiarization. Notice my sis's shock at the first round...still she shot well that day...very well. :lol

Birthday Shoot

And yes, that's me next to her, with the Glock. ;)

Enjoy.

Stay safe,

Tim.

i livein Vermont so we go hunting. that means i really get to kill things. my favorite gun is a .300 WIN MAG because of its immence range and power. but for anything above 200 yards I would use a .243 because it has virtually no drop downrange but the small bullet is also vunerable to wind.
