I have gathered insperation from the website of Justin R. Stebbins and found this

i would like to make this but i have no idea how to start, any help?

You need to create a 3D model of the helmet. The rest of the armor can be made from regular pep files.

i can do the helmet but i cant do pep because i have a mac
i know that the shoulders are hybyusa(sorry cant spell)

I like it, except for the top part the helmet.. I think it looks a little power Rangerish and shark like but everything is quite nice.

Actually I just thought about it and the helm looks a bit from Crysis

that is a nice helmet, except for the fin at the top, it kind if makes the helmet more of a costume and not a combat armor. You want to have that menacing look.

I can't tell, it that an in-game chest, or a custom?

this was supposed to be based on the armor of the actual spartans, you know from sparta, so its based on a greek helm
and the chest is custom

Looks kinda like a Clone Trooper with Batman's chest.

It's supposed to be a representation of greek armor, not batman with a stormtrooper helmet

Wow, thats actually quite a good design. I'd be really interested to see how it looked in 3D model form. I'll prob re-install Gmax and take a crack it this.

but i cant wait to get cracking, any ideas with which the leg armor might go with and any 3D/pep files are welcome

Besides the mohawk spike on top, the helmet design looks vaguely familiar. :rolleyes

Perhaps start with a CQB helmet and modify it.

If u look around i think you'll find a lot of helmet designs nowadays use the T/Y visor design.

I found this at Deviantart.com. I think it's a hayabusa variant if I remember rightly. Looks kinda cool I think.

yeah that is cool and also i like magnum's idea, it actually sounds plausible, as for pep, i got a windows computer!!!

Yeah I was gonna post a spartan helm but you all ready did, I think thats a neat idea, but maybe the plume on your armor should be larger and stretching farther to the back and people might see the resemblance more.

but what would it function for? it would be horrible in the forest :shudders:

I don't think I understand, do you mean whats the function of the plume?
None of this armor functions for anything, it would just be a neat design you incorporated into your armor. I mean how many people actually take their costume out into the forest?
However, the historical function of the plume was intimidation.
