Since you asked so nicely, here are the links to the files on my 4shared, with pictures to accompany them as well. As with all my projects, make sure to size for yourself before printing out! Also, check out my DeviantArt page, where I post other pepakura files besides Skyrim, http://zombiegrimm.deviantart.com/

This is amazing, you are amazing, this is all AMAZING!! the detail is perfect and I love that you put all of them in one place! Thanks!

I am working on getting a few more files ready for release. Should still be a few days out though. Thanks for the compliments!

And just when I think its good, it gets even better! You are a great contributor! we're the ones that should be saying thanks, so thank you! lol

This was going to be a post with files, but unfortunately, a lot of my files were accidently deleted by someone else on my computer. I'm in the process of trying to get the models back, but it will take more time than I wanted. Fear not, as I will be trying to release something here soon even though my files are gone.

Ok 405th friends, here is a REAL post to get things going again. I just finished another few files, and they are ready for release. This time, I took some files from the Dragonborn DLC. It took a little bit to get back into things, but here you go. As always, make sure to scale for yourself before printing! Enjoy!

If you would like to convert my files, then by all means, feel free to do so. I greatly appreciate you asking though. Not many would have done that, and it means a lot. I only ask that you convert my files alone, as I do not want to confuse my work with anyone else's.
I enjoy using the pepakura format, but I understand a lot of people use the foam method and I just want everyone to be able to go to Skyrim if they wanted. So, go forth and change my files into foam. Let me know which ones you've done, and I'll throw them up on this page.
Working on some more files. Gonna be a few more days.

Huge fan of your work Zombie thanks to you i have a skyrim set in mind and as i wasn't happy with deadric (( not my flavor So to speak...well not in skyrim at least loved it in morrowind ))

i will be builing a cross between the ebony and ivory set

hey

I'm new to the 405th and have yet to teach myself how to create my own pepakura files. I am making a dragon priest costume and need a file for a Skyrim staff of destruction ("destruction staff" depending on your preference), I have looked all over but I don't think anyone has made one. If there is someone out there who is willing to take on the challenge I'm sure it would be very appreciated.

thanks

Quicker than I thought. Not sure what happened, but I got the files unfolded faster than I thought. So, these files are ready a bit early. And here they are... Skyrim Male Glass Armor Set. Make sure to scale them before you print them out! enjoy!

Awesome work Zombie! I just finished the Daedric chest in foam. It came out pretty good for my first time working with foam. One question I have is, are the pieces in the same set all scaled the same? (if I set the same number for scale of 2 different files, will they be proportional?) I am going to start the shoulders next and wondering if I should just use the same scale as the chest.

I just kinda used my body and guessed on the sizes. They should be close in scaling. I try to warn people to scale my items for themselves before printing. Sometimes people don't scale and it works out. Trial and error my friend.

Borismo, I would advise scaling each piece seperately according to your body whenever possible, as your personal proportions may differ from the in-game character models. I know for me when I scale armor I have to go a bit larger for the head and legs, slightly smaller for the chest, and much smaller for my somewhat spindly arms. If I just scaled the individual pieces according to one piece of the armor I'd likely end up with a very poor fit (either too tight or much too loose). Scaling the individual pieces is usually one of the most noticable marks of the better builds in this community, as it makes it look as though the armor was actualyl built for that person (which it was) rather than them just a "standard one size fits all." It's kind of like the "universal fit" accessories for cars. Sure, they might be able to get crammed into any model, but no matter what you put them in it's still obvious that it's not really meant to be there, whereas a truly costum made part or accessory will fit seamlessly with its surroundings so it appears like it was meant to be there all along.

I definitely agree and plan to scale each piece to to specific body part. I was only wondering about the shoulder pads, because they sit more on the breastplate than on the body part so I wanted to make sure they don't look too small/big compared to the breastplate.

Those would indeed be better scaled to the armor itself. Quite often I find myself pulling out a ruler or measuring tape when scaling just to get a rough idea of how big the piece will be, or needs to be. Another trick I've been using is to stretch the 3D window as large as it will go and have the model fill as much of that space as possible and measure overall size on the screen, and the size of the area I'm trying to fit (such as the actual opening for the head or arms) to get an idea of the proportions and use that to figure out the scale I"ll need.

For example let's say I need an opening 200mm wide for my head. On the screen the helmet model is 100mm at it's widest point and the opening for the head is 80mm. That means the opening for my head is 80% of the overall width of the model, so 80% of "X" needs to be 200. Therefore the scale needs to be adjusted to at least 250mm in width for my head to fit through.

For your case as you already have the chest piece built I would suggest measuring the gap of the shoulder area (front ot back) and apply this method to where the shoulder piece will connect to that point.

woah, i love skyrim and i have always wanted to make all my cool archer armor and daedric bow from the game but i never bothered to look for skyrim pep cuz i thought no one made them. i guess i as wrong :)
