Hey about the pure water, I'm trying to prove to my science teacher that its impossible for pure water to be boiled or frozen...ever. Did I misunderstand you guys? I went to find more proof and found levels of science id didnt know existed. Heres what i Basically have...the impurities in the water act as nucleator's in which ice crystals can form.Nucleation normally occurs at nucleation sites on surfaces containing the liquid or vapour. Suspended particles or minute bubbles also provide nucleation sites. so in theory just shaking a bottle of water will unfreeze it at an explosive r8. such as...
This also applies to three main laws and 2 new ways of theorem but it has to be collage level b/c I don't really understand it.And im usually really good in science. All the thing you look up about freezing is water freezes.to simplistic. I knew i had to go to a deeper level of freezing but i had no idea there was a whole world in there lol. Please add any helpful comments at all.

Sorry. I was always under the impression that distilled water could be boiled, because it is a pure representation of dihydrogen monoxide, and that the hydrogen bonds formed by the dipoles could be broken if boiled at 100 celsius. Wish I could be more of a help

I have just learned at 2,000 atmospheric pressure(s) it is possible to freeze pure water. This is from wikipedia though and im not sure if i completely understand it because it mentions if its in a vacume also?

No! This is Hydrogen Hydroxide!

I guess I've had my facts wrong...

So your saying that distilled water is actually a hydrogen ion bonded to an hydroxide ion, thus creating HOH?

That's why they call it H2O... two hydrogen atoms bonded to an oxygen atom to create a molecule of water.

Yes HoH is possible. H2O (disambiguation) and HOH (disambiguation)Water can be described as a polar liquid that dissociates disproportionately into the hydronium ion (H3O+(aq)) and an associated hydroxide ion (OH−(aq)).

an interesting fact. Heavy water is water in which the hydrogen is replaced by its heavier isotope, deuterium. It is chemically almost identical to normal water. Heavy water is used in the nuclear industry to slow down neutrons.

No, i'm just loling, i have not facts. :)
This is like to say that "Bulbs not ejects light, they're sucking dark!"

For years, it has been believed that electric bulbs emit light, but recent information has proved otherwise. Electric bulbs don't emit light, they suck dark. Thus, we call these bulbs Dark Suckers. The Dark Sucker Theory and the existence of dark suckers prove that dark has mass, and is heavier than light.
First, the basis of the Dark Sucker Theory is that electric bulbs suck dark. For example, take the Dark Sucker in the room you are in. There is much less dark right next to it than there is elsewhere.

The larger the Dark Sucker, the greater its capacity to suck dark. Dark Suckers in the parking lot have a much greater capacity to suck dark than the ones in this room.

As with all things, Dark Suckers don't last forever. Once they are full of dark, they can no longer suck. This is proven by the fact that after a certain period of use, they will suddenly stop sucking dark, and in some cases, they will appear to flicker a little prior to ceasing to suck. This is due to the bulb trying to suck extra dark in pulses to fill up the final reserves of darkness within them.

A candle is a primitive Dark Sucker. A new candle has a white wick. You can see that after the first use, the wick turns black, representing all the dark that has been sucked into it. If you put a pencil next to the wick of an operating candle, it will turn black. This is because it got in the way of the dark flowing into the candle.

One of the disadvantages of these primitive Dark Suckers is their limited range. There are also portable Dark Suckers. In these, the bulbs can't handle all the dark by themselves and they must be aided by a Dark Storage Unit. When the Dark Storage is full, it must be either emptied or replaced before the portable Dark Sucker can operate again.

Dark has mass. When dark goes into a Dark Sucker, friction from the mass generates heat. Thus, it is not wise to touch an operating Dark Sucker.

Candles present a special problem as the mass must travel into a solid wick instead of through clear glass. This generates a great amount of heat and therefore it is not wise to touch an operating candle.

Also, dark is heavier than light. If you were to swim just below the surface of a lake, you would see a lot of light. If you were to slowly swim deeper and deeper, you would notice it getting darker and darker. When you get really deep, you would be in total darkness. This is because the heavier dark sinks to the bottom of the lake and the lighter light floats at the top. This is why it is called light.

Finally, we must prove that dark is faster than light. If you were to stand in a lit room in front of a closed, dark closet, and slowly open the closet door, you would see the light slowly enter the closet. But since dark is so much faster than light, you would not be able to see the dark leave the closet.

Next time you see an electric light bulb, remember that it is a dark sucker.

oh man i cannot tell you how freaking awesome that is. IT holds together so damn perfectly. did you think it up???

also my one idea to contribute
halo story is teh sucks

The light theory is pretty solid. How can light get sucked into a worm-hole or black hole if it didn't have mass? Also think of it as color b/c in a red umbrella per se, It reflects the color red and absorbs all the other colors so the same theory could possibly be applied.

The elephant thing kinda makes sense but I dont believe it at all.

I noticed alot of guests read this forum, if any of you have any ideas you can e-mail me at kamon11112@hotmail.com. I also might be on msn.

But you see, I can make it like my IQ is 224! Just by editing a standard certificate! Lookie here! (sorry to burst your bubble CemreTas)
