I will get more resin tomorrow when I bug my dad for it. But for now, I am pepping the rest of my armor.

i am really likin all of this too. i really have trouble with the bondo. with its so so rough when it goes on, and even with 100 grit sandpaper followed by 320, it is tough for me to get it smoothed all the way down. do you ever use mud? how do you tape off section? (i noticed your blue painters tape)

Well first off, do you use an electric sander?

I do and it's this baby

What I use for bondo is, 80 grit to give it a rough shape, then go to 120 to smooth it out, then go to 220 to smooth it out some more and then do 300 by hand to get it ready for some paint.



I have used rondo (mud) before. I use tape it off in sections but what piece are you referring to?

Cause I can probably show you where is best to do.

Sorry for the dbl post but I gut a quick update.

Today I will be bondoing the rest of my boots and then finish glassing my new cod

So I thought, why not get it.

Plus I've been using my dirtbike helmet pads and I just need new ones so I don't have to keep on switching them.

the armor looks great. I just finished fiberglassing the left forearm and sanding the right. Any word on that mud tut? I just realized i made my chest piece to big...

But I swear with my hand right against my helm like that, makes it look like I am posing. WHICH I'm not

It's the visors, they tend to slide down.

Without further ado, I found enough balls to cut up my chest lol

I did the one where you cut out one side ab piece and just slide on through

Yep it is a custom t-shirt

I probably need pads too. I can feel the fiberglass poking at me and it is very uncomfortable.

Though I think that using plastidip, will create a nice surface on the inside.

I iron it on. So far I have two shirts with those symbols. I plan on adding it to a jacket and then my right bicep.

/what are those symbols made of, where did you get them, and can u make other emblem variations?

I made those symbols from adobe photoshop and they are from the matchmaking symbols of halo 3

I can do special requests as long you provide me an image with the right colors.

I have a special place to go to where I can get these made.

They are made for car decals/iron ons. Which ever you prefer

Emblem:Flaming Ninja Head

Emblem Background: Vertical Bar



Ninja head color: White



Fire Color: Red



Vertical Bar color: Red



That makes the fire invisible and just makes the white ninja head slightly towards the bottom of the bar





p.s. idk if i said this yet, but ur armor is the inspiration for mine. i freeking love it!

The ones i have up there is at 4.5" tall though yours will be slightly different
