Hey what works better pep files or foam bulids, because I am going to make an armor set and I don't know what to make it out of?

It depends on what your doing! Do you want hard or soft armor?

Glue gun, I do not have much luck: / It works, but its a good bit of uncertainty at the joint. And AHH, back testing, I think, maybe my technique suck.

Keep trying! I'm sure you will succeed eventually!

Great work there! What do you use to cut your foam? I am using kitchen scissors and the work good but leave some nics here and there. How do you get your cuts (especially your angel cuts) so well?

I use a utility knife you can break the blades off when they dull! I have a small, medium and a large one

I do the angle cuts simply by angling the blade as I cut! The sharper the blade, the better the cut! Once the foam begins to tear the blade is too dull!

The pants I had were far too baggy and I couldn't pull the thighs up all the way, other than that..what do ya think?

Things Now Noted:
>Thighs & Shoulders are to be raised (The pants were far to baggy and the pads underneath the shouders were too thick to be used with my custom-fit shoulders, the interior ring of foam in all the pieces will have to be loosened to compensate for the thick under suit)
>Gauntlet tore (Easy Fix)
>Blurry & Lack of pictures (By this weekend
>Chest needs to be less angled down (add some back weight)
>Pasty white ankles showing (Socks lol)

Okay, sorry for the break haha. THIS suit is not finished! Ill be detailing non-stop until PAX East in April. Some changes to the suit may include:
-New Helmet, Security
-New Wrist....Tac Pad
-New Chest...HP HALO
-Re-Designed Boots
-A weapon (Input guys?)
-Much more!!!!
