The smallest will be able to fit my friend's wife who wears about a 6 in women's shoes and the largest will fit her father who wears an 11.5 in men's shoes.
My own shoe size is a 9.5, so these boots will be optimized for my size. They'll look a bit stubby in smaller sizes and a bit stretched in larger sizes, but I think they'll work out.

My friend's wife is going to be Sister. Here's a shot of her test fitting last night:
The helmet is my prototype since I didn't have any castings handy with the faceplate cut out. The armor is the third or fourth casting out of my molds. She is wearing a medium size sweatshirt under it which fit very loose.
We still don't have a Donut or a Doc.

She's actually the smallest person we've got in the group. She's holding the shoulders of the armor up a bit and we just stuffed the helmet with whatever was on hand (which set her head too far back inside) but it's not a terrible fit in person.
Of course, once the arms are added on it will become more proportionate. Then we'll have to pad the heck out of her to bulk up her arms.

I've just answered the eleventy-billionth question regarding where I get all of my stuff and how much it costs. I'm going to put my reply here (even though apparently nobody reads these parts) in the hopes of answering these questions before anybody else asks me. I'm sorry if it's rude, but I'm just going to start deleting PMs that ask questions that are already answered here or in the stickies.
I've put links to all of my suppliers in the progress thread.
I've stated exactly what I've used in my progress thread.
No, I can't give you lessons on molding and casting. For more information, get a copy of The Prop Builder's Molding and Casting Handbook and figure it out like I did. It's not all that difficult and the book costs less than $15.
If you don't want to read a book, all of this information is available in my thread and in the stickies. If that's too much effort, find another hobby.
My molds so far are silicone jackets with fiberglass mothermolds. For the helmet and torso armor I've spent about $800 on silicone and $90 on fiberglass.
Casts are made using urethane resin filled with microballoons and milled glassfibers. Bigger pieces are reinforced with fiberglass matt as well. So far I've spent about $1,100 on resin and fillers to make half a dozen helmets and four sets of torso armor.
All of my cost estimates are probably on the low side because I have a fairly well stocked shop with a lot of materials on hand that I would've had to go and buy otherwise.
Suppliers I've used are Smooth On, JGreer, and Tap Plastics. I'm not going to Google it for you.

The funny part is that these could be called trade secrets that people are asking for. I don't think most of them realize that posting any how-to information at all is a favor. I'm just getting weary of folks who seem to feel entitled to knowledge and skills that I've spent a lot of time and money gaining. I've tried to post a few things to help people avoid mistakes I've made, but there are a lot of basics that folks need to figure out elsewhere.
