Toa Spartans (Halo x Bionicle)

Gathered friends, there's this really cool concept art for a Halo and Bionicle crossover, created by Wernissage, that I've been constantly tagged in.

So of course, I'm going to make a Tahu spartan! But, "I don't want to rule the world alone," I need to have a full toa team.

The goal is to have a full toa spartan team by Halo Fest 2026!



So far, we've already got all the parts for the Tahu helmet printed. The files were from Galactic Armory. These were printed out of PETG, with 5% infill, 0.2mm layer height, and 3 walls.

We've also been working directly with Wernissage for references, which has greatly helped with 3d modeling. The 3D models have been made for Kopaka's sword and shield.

Models have been made for Gali's water hooks!

Due to a time crunch, we decided to use MK VII as the base armor core with Bionicle attachments. We chose to use MK VII files from Skookum Props, since they are very modular.

Shoulder type 1 has been modeled.

IDK why but he shoulder model killed me. I love this idea and will be watching closely

As Kopaka, i have been working on the sword and shield modelled by the amazing tahu505 !

Shoulder type 2 has been modeled. This will be for Kopaka and Lewa.
