came across this fellow at video game live concert. to surprize me was that this man had no idea what 405th.com was. so i got a few pictures of him. he aparently made alot of his armor useing fiberglass and foam. anyways he had a few details on the suit that surprized me. he had his emblem from the game and a nice blood splater on his chest along with a place ass here on his boot. his weapon of choice a needeler, witch was a really nice touch. looked like it was made from foam and was painted acordingly.

Please note his under armor was made with a breatheable material used on sterio speakers! neat idea it makes it look checkered!

I could not believe that he doesnt knowed about the 405th Site, that looks too good.

im pretty sure he had been modeling the halo 2 armor then tryed to modify to halo 3. visor is small but what size it the real vizor in the game?
