Well i made this for a PM but its good info for every1.

these are all clean programs and work great.

then with this one, DL the firewall and anti virus (feel free to try out the other stuff as well) its light on your system (it wont slow it down) but it catches A LOT of stuff. Active

I use avg free edition, PC hasnt been reinstalled for over 6 years, working like she did since I made her...

Spybot, adaware, registry mechanic, and.....thats it.

yea, AVG is a little rough on the system tho, slows it down. un i could have sworn i put ad-aware up there...

Zone Alarm (I used this, loved it!!!)

Anti Virus
AVG Free (Spectacular using this)
Avast (In my opinion better, it actually picked up a few things AVG didn't. Uses more ram though.)

Spyware
Ad Aware (Very top notch!)
Spybot Search and Destroy (Easier to use.)
I recommend you use both of these.

i have SUPER ANTISPYWARE (sounds cheesey) it's free and it finds mabey at least 20 adware traces a day!

zone alarm slows down your system so much, its scary.
