Hi, I have been making a Halo Reach Security helmet, and I have come across a problem with the visor. I need to use a bubble visor for the main shape but then I need to create the two notches at the top and bottom.
I could do a double layer style visor but I would prefer to vacuum form it. Is it possible to do this with a pre-tinted visor?
